学习WordPress代码的收获1

今天为了开发一个模板相关的功能于是找来WordPress的代码研究，不知不觉一天就过去了。老实说，他们的代码写注释比较到位，官方文档也全，但我看上去还是会觉得一知半解。确实，水平差的不是一点半点，很受打击啊～～～现在调整心态，看不懂也得坚持一下，这种九阳神功类的代码，就得慢慢看，慢慢悟，一点点化为己用。

我有一个遍历数据库返回的需求，代码如下

如何执行mysqli不能执行update语句？

此语句用mysqli无法执行，无报错。后改用原生的mysql解决

xdebug的安装

作为一个完美主义者，xdebug绝对是必不可少的工具之一。

Installing with PEAR/PECL is as easy as:

# pecl install xdebug

but you still need to add the correct line to your php.ini: (don’t forget to change the path and filename to the correct one — but make sure you use the full path)

zend_extension="/usr/local/php/modules/xdebug.so"

Note: You should ignore any prompts to add “extension=xdebug.so” to php.ini — this will cause problems.

Get 方法加号处理

用 get 方法 , 参数里有 “+” 时，要做处理，否则到后台会变成空格

将参数里的加号进行转换
data = data.replace(/\+/g, “%2B”);

当然，用POST传值也不会有这样的问题。但有的时候我们确实更喜欢用GET，那么把’+'换成’_'也是个好主意。

CI常用表单验证

在上面的例子里，我们“修整（trimming，去掉字符串两端空白）”了数据，转换密码为MD5，将用户名通过“xss_clean”函数处理去掉了有害数据。

任何PHP自身接收一个参数的函数都可以被用作一个规则，比如 htmlspecialchars, trim, MD5, 等。

注意: 你一般会在验证规则之后使用这些预处理功能，这样如果发生错误，原数据将会被显示在表单。

最近要写一个web service于是跑去向朋友去取经，大半夜的就抓住了abitno ，询问了xlmrpc和soap他说不知道，并推荐了RESTful给我。搜了一下大部分是ruby的东西，就没怎么放在心上，但是“RESTful哲学”还是在大脑里留下了印象。当翻看soap的文档时不禁被其复杂所困惑，这个东西是在太重口味了，受不了……于是去google了下php rest方面的文章，发现国外在09年就已经有了比较成熟的文章作介绍，仔细翻看了下，认为这个东西对我这个service来讲真是足够了！这个过程中对header也熟悉了不少，这个家伙居然连缓存周期都能控制，真是宝物一件！

For those people having difficulty, this may help a bit. The new version of PHPMailer (5.1) includes an SMTPSecure variable – this is what I have working, hope it helps someone:

$mail->Mailer = “smtp”;
$mail->Port = 465;
$mail->IsSMTP(); // telling the class to use SMTP
$mail->SMTPSecure = “ssl”;
$mail->Host = “smtp.gmail.com”; // SMTP server
