早起接到邮件说违反他们的TOS和涉嫌欺诈，于是发邮件询问具体情况。

In fact I think your hosting space is good, if they can point out

我现在都不知道具体是什么导致我账号被封且涉嫌欺诈，这个dreamhost一直是用作博客和站点静态文件的，无缘无故被封，着实令人气恼。不知道他们的反欺诈系统是他妈怎么工作的。对于TOS的违反就更扯淡了，连具体是哪一条都不说，恐怕是莫须有……
Dreamhost对TOS是非常认真的，任何虚假交易信息（非真实IP地址，非真实地址邮编，非真实姓名身份，非真实信用卡信息等）都可能会导致帐号被封。我认识北美的DH用户，使用真实信息使用DH多年一直没有问题。

@Leo, 关键是这个完全不透明，他说你违反你就违反，从公众对dreamhost的评价来看，我认为他们对中国客户并不友好。这次被关，我猜测是因为我使用了优惠码导致dreamhost不爽了。

@jean, 也可能我们都不太习惯美国人方式。TOS还是足够明确的，如果你没有使用虚假交易信息，那应该就是因为优惠码的问题。对于大陆IP和地址使用优惠码，人家定的规则就是做退款处理的。如果你想告诉他们你自己并非是劣质客户，让他们继续做你的生意，就得证明给他们看。
